Delivery time: it depends on the type of commission. The estimate being from 14 to 60 days.
Format: PNG or JPEG. Please ask beforehand if you need a transparent version.. For each extra character added in the same image, it will cost half the full price of the order.. Max. of 5 characters in a same picture. if you would like more characters, from the sixth the price starts to be full again.

(+2 days added to the delivery date).
• ** COMPLEX BACKGROUND**: Starting from $15 (Price depends on complexity).• ** PRIVATE**: 20% of total cost. I won't post your commission anywhere.• ** COMMERCIAL LICENSE**: Depends on project.
EP4KUN'S COMMISSIONS
The commissioner must read through this if they want to purchase a commission. By commissioning me, you automatically agree with all of the information from my Terms of Service.
** GENERAL**
● I reserve the right to deny service.
● I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point.
● Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or personally identifying information private.
** PAYMENT**
● Full or at least half of the payment is due after order confirmation. Payment is expected within 24hrs.
● I only accept payments through the methods and currencies specified. I won't cover any extra costs that result from incorrect payments.
** PROCESS AND REVISIONS**
● You will receive an update once the sketch is ready for approval. I may show you additional wips if I consider it necessary, or you may request them yourself.
● You may request changes at any point in the process. Depending on their complexity, or the number of changes requested, they may require an extra fee.
● Once the commission is finished, you may request up to one round of revisions for minor details.
** CANCELLATIONS**
● If you cancel before the sketch done, you will receive a full refund.
● If you cancel after receiving the sketch, you will receive a partial refund (% depends on style/complexity). You're free to keep the sketch use it according to the permissions described in the section below. Sketches may not lined/colored/completed by you or any third party.
● No refunds are available after the sketch has been approved.
** RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS**
** For the client:**
● Personal use is allowed. This includes:
↳ Use on personal websites/social media (reupload, icon, banner, etc). You may post the full size version. You may also post any wips I gave you.
↳ Making prints or other goods for yourself or as gifts.
● Commercial/promotional use must be discussed first, and is by default not allowed. Please note that use on Twitch, Youtube, Patreon and any other ad/donation supported sites is considered commercial.
● You may do minor edits (cropping, downsizing, adding filters or short text). Other edits, such as adding/removing elements or editing colors are not allowed. This applies to both finished commissions and sketches/wips.
● Commissions are never to be sold or minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
** For the artist:**
● I retain all rights to the artwork I produce. You cannot claim ownership over the artwork in any way.
● I am free to post the artwork however I see fit and use it for self promotion. I am also free to post wips and stream the process (with the exception of private commissions).
● I may recycle discarded sketches and other unused preparatory work for future projects.

By commissioning me you will be agreeing to my terms of service, please make sure to read them.● Send a message to any of my social media(DeviantArt, Twitter, Instagram) or a email ([email protected]) leaving a clear description of the artwork you want so I will be able to send a reply whether I'll take said order or not. (you can use the template below to order the commission!)
** Order Template:**
● Subject message: "Commission + name of the characters or anything that identifies the commission."
● Name/social media handle
● Your Paypal email: (through this email I will send you the invoice and the full image without the watermark)● Type of commission "(Bust/Half-body/ Full-body), (Line art/Flat colors/Simple shading, full render)."
● Description: write your request as detailed as possible, according to what do you think is necessary for me to know to do the commission. For example: The character(s) Height, age, body shape, personality, etc. If you have ideas for pose, expression, mood and theme, let me know. Visual references, can be drawings, photographs, etc.
